Founded in 2021, Trey has led L&P Investment Properties, LLC to becoming one of the leaders in developing Newton, North Carolina and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from one of Florida's top universities, Trey's unique stylistic and engineering approach created opportunities to work for the countries largest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Trey is still taking L&P Investment Properties, LLC to new heights.

With a background in small town land development and investing, Shane quickly adapted to big city business. In 2 years, Shane has moved up the ranks and has become well known in the area for his professional and honest work. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Shane also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.
Starting with a small piece of land, we have grown and plan to continue to grow to residential and commercial structures in North Carolina. We provide everything from land clearing to home developments.
Our team has created beautiful designs to meet all our customers needs. We will work with you to develop the distinctive look you envision.
